Knott’s Decorating is a family-run painting and decorating company based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Providing high quality residential and commercial decorating services. Craig & Glenn Knott have a solid reputation in their field and are proud to have many repeat customers year after year.
BRIEF
As an established company that has been in business for over 10 years. Craig & Glenn Knott thought it was the right time to brand their assets to best promote and grow their business. Their recently developed corporate identity was to be rolled out across various promotional assets such as a website, vehicle graphics, business cards, social media platforms, outdoor signage and t-shirts.
CONCEPT
After an initial meeting with the client to discuss their new brand and what they wanted to achieve with the promotion of their business online. Having a fresh, modern responsive website was key to getting their services found by new customers and giving them a solid online foundation to build upon. The primary goal of the website is to drive people to request a quotation, as well as giving the user an overview of the company and their services. The site features an intuitive full-screen navigation, links to social media profiles and utilises Google Maps.
Fully optimised for mobile viewing, a responsive website adapts to all device sizes such as mobile and tablet. As well as creating a positive user experience, having a responsive website is essential for improving your website ranking on Google and getting found online. Google, which is the most popular search engine, prioritises mobile friendly websites over others that are not.
